A series of devastating earthquakes have hit southern hit southeast Türkiye near the Syrian border, resulting in the confirmed loss of over 37,343 lives.

The effects of the earthquake were primarily experienced in Türkiye and Syria, with the tremor being felt across Lebanon and Cyprus too.

With over 17 million people now in desperate need of humanitarian assistance – Humanity Without Borders established relief teams in Southern Türkiye and Northern Syria are distributing emergency aid to vulnerable affected families.
