Tropical Cyclone Freddy hit the coast of Southern Africa, taking over 250+ lives across Malawi and Mozambique.
Malawi’s government has declared a “state of disaster” in the southern region of the country as nearly 59,000 people have been affected and more than 19,000 displaced.
Bodies are still being brought out from the devastation. The scale of the damage and loss of life is still unknown as search and rescue operations continue.
