Mozambique is home to 29.5 million people– with almost one-third of their population suffering from malnutrition, Humanity Without Borders have responded by launching their Mozambique appeal.
Most recently, responding to the devastating floods and erratic rainfall caused by Cyclone Idai that occurred in March 2019. Our team on the ground distributed life-saving emergency packs across the Zambezia Province and Quelimane area.
It is estimated that 43 percent of children under five suffer from malnutrition and 45 percent of deaths in children under five are attributed to malnutrition. Therefore, Humanity Without Borders team are actively distributing food aid across the Mozambique region.
